congrats

I drove my car from the dealership in Joburg to cape town... 1450 Kms
some mechanic from subaru told me that's ideal (it is a subaru engine after all) and not worry too much about the throttle, cause real driving is never that constant anyway.
then again i've heard of people who drove their car like a maniac from day 1 and claim no noticeable detrimental effect.

edit: also, from a mental health perspective it's best to get that break-in period out of the way as soon as possible otherwise you won't be able to enjoy your car as much
