I got two (one each side) that are a little worse. I've gone to two guys (one more reputable then the other... He got rid of a lot of door dings). Both said the only way to do the rocker panel properly was to drill a hole from the top (inside car) and go from there.... I said fuck that
Edit; just realized its on the FENDER....stupid me haha... yes, yours is 1000x easier to do and won't require drilling
