I retitled the car two days ago at AAA office. I also asked about out of state.
- Title fee is $15
- AAA office, if following proper procedure, cannot title a NEW car. Some offices have titled a "new" out of state car that was already registered in the state it was purchased. Some dealers do this, but if you have the Certificate of Origin you should not be allowed to title/register at a AAA office.
