I saw a thread of p&l headers with I believe a Vortech or Innovate supercharger and it had plenty of clearance. But comparing those with the nameless headers, it seems the secondary runners come up a lot higher and since they are 4-2-1 the secondaries take up twice as much horizontal space in front of the engine. I doubt they will work together, but if so that would be a good option to upgrade to later on without having to replace the headers.
If the headers will need to be replaced for any FI, I would definitely go turbo instead.
