CSG Mike just curious (because I own one), under the rules is a lightened crank pulley (or any pulley for that matter) a free modification? Since it's not listed I assume it falls under this description:
- any lightweight parts that do not also enhance performance by improving power, aerodynamics, handling, etc.*
