I run SPC rear LCA's. Amazing bang for the buck. I don't know what the min and max limits are but before my alignment I was at -2.7 degrees.
I set my alignment to -2 degrees all around (SPC camber bolts up front). Plenty of adjustment for daily driven cars imo.
