Once my car was on a lift, probably about 30 minutes for each one. Cake with a transmission support. Shifts are nice and smooth now. Also, the DIY's on here are glorious. @F1point4 has nice clear and precise pictures to get these done and torque specs.

I was timed at 12:40 pm and finished at 6:45 pm. $120 for about $400 to $500 of labor. That's not bad at all, and working on your own car is always a plus.
