I'm looking at the RS3 first, as from what I have read, they are still drivable in the rain, but no performance whatsoever. Since I'm primarily only driving an hour and 1/2 to and from the track, these should suffice.

However, the second on my list is the RE-11A, as they apparently take heat much better than the ZII, and have a little bit better wear than the ZII as well, and are good in the rain. If I ONLY had 1 set of wheels and tires for both DD and track, that would be my choice.

What about the BFG Rivals?
They seem like a natural progression for me if I were to remain brand loyal, and they are a popular new extreme performance tire.
