Which suggest that there still might be air entering the exhaust system at the header flange/head connection. I'm sure you will see positive fuel trims ramping up with more driving time. That is not good news
Would some residual E85 in the tank on fill when swapping from the E85 maps to a normal Stage 2 gasoline map cause a lean condition until the LTFT's adjusted for it? If so it doesn't look like they have moved from 0 during WOT yet. I'll drive some more today and log again tomorrow to see how much it adjusts. If the leak is still there I'll cough up the cash to get a shop to install them because if the leak is still there apparently I can't install headers correctly (or the flanges are warped).
