This log is roughly 10-15 miles after the reflash and it already looks LOADS better to me. Obviously there needs to be some more miles put on it for some fine adjustment to the LTFT's but I don't see it jumping from 18 to -2 anymore while cruising down the road.

Judging by your datalog, I can almost assure you that you still have the leak. Calculated AFR is leaner than it should be with that map. Which suggest that there still might be air entering the exhaust system at the header flange/head connection. I'm sure you will see positive fuel trims ramping up with more driving time. The only solution to get your trims in order would be to fix your header once and for all (assuming you think it is still leaking).
