So, you could read that either way I suppose.
It did specifically say you couldn't change your dealer which makes sense because they are wanting to give every dealer a chance to have a "First 86er".

Section 4c on the start of page two states:
c. Color and transmission selections of the Vehicle are final.
If the specific dealer holds to this is another story.
