Looking on the ************.com site, I didn't see anything that said specifically you couldn't change it in the FAQ. Closest was this:

So, you could read that either way I suppose.
It did specifically say you couldn't change your dealer which makes sense because they are wanting to give every dealer a chance to have a "First 86er".
