My Aunt got me a Flossy Nub Nub Knob for Christmas! It's 327 grams, making not too heavy and not too light either.
I also decided to order a Billet Short Shifter and Trans mount, as well as some MTEC Shift Springs.
I will be installing all at the same time once the shirt shifter and springs get here.
