Yes they apparently are made by the same company.. they are the exact same only have the heating and LED turn signals. There is great visibility with them. Also I found the fact they are polarised is great - no glare. Functionally they are great but they kind of ruin my super clean look. If only they were not blue.. but for now they are staying because my wife loves them so much.
