I honestly expected the identical thing from my Toyota dealer, in fact expected a little more being I paid over $600 for this. The manager at the dealership reached out to me after I displayed my dissatisfaction in a survey from scion. he proposed I bring the car back again for a full detail he said valued at $150. I had already fixed the issue myself by the point and told them I didn't want that. then they offered me a check for $200, I accepted that. so after all I spent around $400.
my concern about the dealership detail is that they cause a lot of swirl marks. with such high volume, they use crappy rags to wipe things down.

why not get it opticoated? unless it's the same thing
