it sound like its perfectly fine for your driving needs. camber is a good thing, i'm not saying you have to have excessive amounts. 1.5-2.2ish is fine. it will give you better turn in and your car will be THAT much more special to drive.

tire wear will not be uneven, because remember you're cornering and taking turns, so while yes there is camber, with all the weight and shifting in direction you end up using more of the tire. as long as you have zero toe, and maintain proper tire pressure you will be fine.

every time you adjust camber, yes you need a re-alignment.
