Says he doesn't want to really drop the ride height of his car and yet is asking about coilovers that people buy simply to slam their car and nothing else.

You want improved handling with not much drop.

Springs and shocks.


$1,000 is reasonably priced. That's not very much for coilovers/suspension at all. I have Stance coils. They retail around $1,300. That's not very much. Are they the greatest thing in the world? No. They're entry level coilovers. Do they do exactly what I need them to? Absolutely.

$2,000+ will get you really really nice quality components. Just comes down to how much you want to spend. $500 for "coilovers" is just stupid though.
