This pic I would have just called it a naked bike...
Street fighters I think of naked bikes with motor swaps and turbos for hooning...

Streetfighters are for hooning, or at least implying that the rider engages in hoonage. Engine swaps haven't been typical for several years, that was mostly done on early 90's GSXR's. Most of the time it's just a liter bike with no fairings (usually having been trashed while hooning) and big tall handle bars for easier wheelies. They're a bit like drift cars, in that some of them are really nicely set up, but most are just worn out, abused and missing body panels.
A 'naked' bike has a fairly relaxed, upright riding position a bit like that of a dirt bike. It is not extreme or aggressive in pretty much any way. A stock Street Triple is a naked bike with a bit of streetfighter mixed in.
A Cafe Racer is essentially a naked bike, but with clip on handlebars and raised foot pegs for a sporty/racing riding position like a sportbike. Mods for improved power and handling are common.
Purely by virtue of the foot pegs and handle bars the Street Triple pictured is a cafe racer (In the same way that too little offset and too much camber make a car "hellaflush").
