Find a good reputable wheel restoration store in your area , tell them you want to make the wheels look new , get the quote , and then call the tire store again and tell them how much the wheel store would charge you . And tell the tire store is either they pay the restoration fee or get you a new set .

I know how you feel , eventhough the wheels aren't the big bucks one , but still it's your hard earned money and they messed it up . They should do the right thing.
