As for the 4.55 gears, they're from the GA70 Supra, which was not available to USDM, which is probably why North American dealers can't find the part.

Have you tried the 4.56, or did you go straight to the 4.88 from stock? If you tried the 4.56 before; can you tell us how much the 4.88 differs from the 4.56?
