Warranty exclusions are quite interesting. Obviously they could take point 1 and say the vehicle is modified. However, point 5 seems to indicate (what most of us understand) that the specific part needs to lead to the failure. ie Fuel Injector leaking would be difficult to trace back to fitting an exhaust.
So basically, @
Ryan86 is absolutely right. Don't make assumptions, discuss it with your dealer and make sure you have a good relationship with them.
Also, there is no exclusion of service plan listed anywhere (at least I can't find it) and as @
sav already said, you paid for that in your purchase price, doubt you would lose that.
