Nah you'll be fine - camber doesn't chew up tires like you'd think. Just make sure you get the car aligned (fix your toe settings) whenever you change ride height. If you want a cheaper option:

Also you mention going to a coilover system, without some sort of camber correction coilovers will have the same problem with rear camber as lowering springs.
