Firstly, Philips (one L) does not make rebased HID kits. They only sell D1, D2, D3, or D4 bulbs and ballasts, although I'm not sure they even make the ballasts anymore.
Secondly, just find a set of H7 HID bulbs that have the same connectors as your ballasts. More than likely, like @

The other type of aftermarket bulb connector is KET, but these are rare and you generall won't come across these:
In any case, just get the bulbs and be on your way.
