I've used Penfed myself.. they have the best rates! However, you have to work for it... You have to coordinate with the dealer to have the proper docs sent to Penfed to finish processing the loan. They are very "hands off" about the whole process. I had to postpone my purchase by 4 days last time because of the hoops I had to jump through to get the loan done and the check sent in the mail to me.
BTW.. Why does everyone assume that the VIP will get them under invoice? There are seperate grades of VIP and only a very select few will have access to the top discount.. Most people will only get the basic VIP.. which is straight invoice.
This is of course.. if Subaru offers the incentive at all. I have a deposit in with a dealer who says they will allow the VIP if Subaru authorizes it.. I suspect this will be the case with most places.
In all honesty, I doubt Subaru will offer the VIP at launch.. I'd predict about a 6 month wait time for it... Which means I probably won't get my BRZ until this fall
