I pre ordered mine last month with a $500 deposit.
White, Manual.
Today I got a call from the dealer asking me to pop down and discuss the 'options pack'.
The base model is estimated to be $39,990.
The High Spec model is an unknown extra amount.
It includes
Leather/Alcantra inserts
Three Spoke Steering wheel
Sat Nav Stereo system
HID Headlights
LED Daytime running lights (I can only assume this means the base model does not get these)
Different 17in alloys
Frameless rear vision mirror
There was a few other things, but nothing particularly memorable.
They speculated the price difference for the high spec model could be between $5,000-$10,000 more than the $39,900 base price, which better not be the case as that brings the car into some serious trouble with other competitors, and beyond where I would have hoped the vehicle would be priced.
I did make my pre-order the high-spec model, but the final decision depends on the final pricing of the entire car. If it hits $50,000 I don't think I can honestly justify that kind of price.
