I waited 4 weeks with no contact whatsoever, so I said I was done and would like a partial refund.. something fair. They wrote back that a tune is "intangible" and can't be refunded. Well, last I checked, a tune is $300 on their site. I'll be dealing with the BBB (won't do much, but a start) and have the charges disputed with my CC company. I can't believe a business would just say "no" instead of working out the issues.

I have a new tuner who is 180 degrees in service. Detailed replies, quick responses, an informative plan.. and social. I guess it's hit and miss with tuning, and for me FA20Club was definitely a miss.

Your experience with FA20club is already well documented in your own personal thread. Please don't poison my thread with more of it.

My intention was to shine some light on what I've experienced, and anyone who takes the time to research can figure out they do have long wait times, but the quality if their work is unparalleled. Toni's end product always delivers.
