Wow. That's strange.
I live in the Pacific Northwest, where it rains 364 days out of the year, and I've never seen that in any of my cars. I'm going to guess that it's because I run my heater almost constantly. I'm always cold. In the summer, if its not raining, I usually have my windows down. Sometimes on sunny days, even now, I run my heater full bore and roll my windows down. :-)
