From the cold, superficial world of bean counters and top CEO's, yes that is true. Ask anyone on the factory floor, or any of the designers, or engineers, and you tell them that they work to fulfill the great promise of volume...they will not agree.

If your cars don't generate excitement or passion on some level, you aren't selling cars, you're selling appliances.

PS: I rode in a new Boss 302 last night, and that car is about passion...I went from six to midnight in a hurry. Appliance cars will never do that for people who truly love what cars can be.
