I would predict a $22,999 starting price for the FR-S. It's the same car as the BRZ Premium, without the HIDs and NAV.
It's partially dependant on gearing, but I would expect about 30mpg combined real world, at least for me. I get 27mpg combined from my 2010 GTI, and it's a bit heavier with a higher CoD and larger frontal area.
That said, my normal daily driving habits get me higher city MPG than highway, so your results may vary.
