Stg1, stock or car with exhaust. Stock intake.
Stg2, for cat-less headers only. Stock intake.
Stg2 E85, was tested on a car with cat less headers, but should be OK on a stock car based on folks that have tried it out on the forums. Stock intake.
Stock, stock mapping. Your stock rom is stored on the OFT in bank 1
As for not auto-updating, I guess you could try not having your computer connected to the internet, but you really should be getting updates and checking
