Petrol (15 pounds to fill a tank), cigarettes (1 pound a pack) are cheap compared to UK.
Beer is expensive - 7 pounds a pint
Rent is London prices - about 18,000 pounds a year for a large 2 bed apartment
I get paid 4 x what i did in the UK so I'm not complaining - and there is no tax.
