Very safe IMO since it's just a stage 2 header tune. I'd worry more about the KC and AM if I was FI. How accurate is the knock detection plug-in for Torque? I could log that but I don't have a ECUTek cable. I had my car dyno tuned at a local shop.

Those logs I posted a few pages back were on the stage 1 tune. I do hope you're right that everything is ok, but I implore you to check.
