The service schedule says to replace it at 150,000 km or 10 years then every 75,000 km/5yrs after that. I doubt anyone has hit 150K yet?

Hey there ! I just got one of these 4L cans of blue coolant - definitely Japanese but the cap appears sealed - have any idea how to open it ? Looks like i gotta pierce the metal cap but I'm not game to do that in case any sh1t finds its way in in the process ! Never seen one of these cans before - odd :/
