My wonder is with the added performance in lower gears with the FD with FI, would other parts of the car become a weak link i.e. axles? I suppose MPG's would take a hit as well but I don't think anyone changing out their FD is worried about gas mileage.

longer gear ratios are harder on the drive train parts so a shorter fd would actually be better for the drive train, although if your swapping a final drive you probably dont drive in a way thats nice to the drive train anyways
op: let us know how your install went. if this does everything the cusco kit does i may have to get one of these myself
