As a tip, calling everyone childish is pretty good way to create bad blood. And complaining about people complaining isn't a winning method of creating friends.
I don't think anyone is upset about not getting something cooler--we're upset that we won this competition and a month later we still don't know any of the pertinent information on buying a car.
I can afford a $40,000 car, but that's not what I'm looking for at the moment. I want something around $23-24k, and if it's over that I'm out and I'd like my $500 deposit back.
