First off - wash it. Anything you do with a dirty car can make it worse. Second, I'm sure that will buff off easily with some compound. If you don't want to buff it yourself, take it to an auto body shop. I had something similar on my previous car, and I gave the guy something like $5-10 to buff it off. Took him about 5 minutes. I could have spent the money on compound but it wasn't worth it.

A detail shop can work too but I'm sure they'd want to charge you more for some sort of bigger package deal.
