I have this issue after having my bumper off to be repainted after minor damage (coworker hit car, nobody admitted it, I pay deductible
).
The passenger's side looks fine. The driver's side there's a little unevenness between bumper and quarter panel. What bugs me more is on the driver's side, the edge of the bumper is slightly visible in front of the headlight and passenger's side is not.
I do see those black plastic bits in the seam like in the photos. It also looks like one or more of the loop-shaped tabs in the bumper piece could be cracked.
