Glad to hear things are getting better. The sensitive portion is just the after effects of a post-concussion. Just like any injury, just takes a little time to fully heal. Once your headaches or dizziness is no longer easily aggravated I would suggest mild/slow neck stretches and/or therapy (physio/massage). It may be slightly sore but it will promote blood flow to the area to repair any microtears that have occurred due to the sudden hyperextension of muscles and will decrease recovery time.
I say this due to my own experiences with whiplash/concussions, my education, and the literature. However if your doctor has suggested otherwise listen to that. Get better soon!
