I'm sure this has already been said, but I figured I'd say it anyway...

This is the internet. EVERYONE complains about EVERYTHING on the internet. It's not just limited to our cars. It's not just limited to cars in general. It's everything, and it's everywhere. In fact, it's hard to read stuff on the internet these days that is not complaining.

This was something that was common knowledge when I was in sales and also something that my teacher told me in Statistics class a few semesters ago:

Customers tend to be more vocal when they dislike something than when they like something. What I mean is... most people that buy a product and enjoy it usually go about their business. On the flip side, when someone buys a product and then has an issue with it... they feel entitled and compelled to tell everyone about their dislike.

EDIT: You want to see some whiny forums? Go check out the Diablo 3 forums (it's a computer game made by Blizzard). Those forums are a billion times more whiny than any other forum I've ever visited.
