Latest TSB has a new part number which the guy had installed, or at least the work order has the new part number.
The new part is no different mechanically, they just added some insulation to quiet the sound which means the chirps still happen, they're just harder to hear.
Very firmly sitting on the side of 'it's not a "problem" it's just a noise' especially after my chirps went away just before it got really hot, been quiet ever since.
