The op is talking about twin turbo. Do you know the fabrication of it ? The tools and the skill you need ? It is way cheaper to have a shop build it for you, and no...that ain't cheap.

Still not sure about that one.. unless it's restated more specifically "If you can't enjoy a car with the horsepower it came with, don't but it"
