you can always upgrade to a aftermarket header and revert back to stock when smog is needed.
my car is currently running 220-230whp give or take on the stage0 WORKS turbo.
keep in mind that it's only on a conservative boost and tune for now
we plan to bump it up soon for stage 1 intercooled system
based on the graph you showed by Jackson Racing, they are using a dynapack. if you can see their baseline is above average. that's the reason they have a high final numbers as well.
