My kit was running great for two days then all the sudden it was at zero boost. Felt like it was back at stock. It wasn't a boost leak.
Found the problem to be the cotter pin that holds the acuator lever on was too small. It probably fell off or broke off.
Drilled the hole with a bigger drill bit.
Installed a bigger cotter pin. Hopefully it should hold up better now.
Second issue was it was leaking oil behind the oil pump where the camshaft is. RTV sealant was used as directed in the instructions but it didn't hold up well.

Pump removed with old sealant.

All the pieces cleaned up and old sealant removed.
New sealant to be used. This is what toyota uses from the factory. It sets in about 15 minutes so you don't have to wait 24hrs before it can be driven.

The block side was cleaned off and new sealant applied.

Final assembly.

Done for now.

Got these Forester turbo gaskets that will be installed soon. There's a minor leak but not that noticeable now.
Hope this helps in case you guys run into issues. The car feels good now.. dyno tune next week!
12.19.13 Here's an update. I just picked up the race version of this exhaust for some spirited driving on weekends. The quiet version was nice because I can hear the blow off from the turbo better. However, this one is much louder and 2.5" piping made a significant difference for exhaust flow. It now has some backfire so I'll need to get it tuned. Yes, it does drone so I would not recommend if you daily it and have low tolerance to noise.
I know you can pick up any type of similiar exhaust on ebay for about the same price but Top Speed has provided me with amazing service. A lot of the members on here have been asking what kind of hood I have and it is seibon. It fits like crap in real life. There's a huge gap by the fenders which is a manufactering defect. I contacted the vendor I purchased it from (evasive motorsports) and they wouldn't do anything. They even said seibon wouldn't do anything and offered me 5% off my next purchase (what a joke).
Anyways, George at Top Speed took pictures of the hood and contacted Seibon directly. Hopefully they'll get my issue resolved. If not, at least they tried and I'll order a nicer quality hood from Japan.

Anyways, I'll try to get a video together soon. Today was pretty windy so I don't think my camera picked up the sound very well. It really brought out the boxer rumble especially with my avo uel headers.
Update for 01.28.14
Top Speed Auto in Addison ordered a new hood from Seibon for me since the previous one purchased from another vendor didn't fit properly. This one turned out nice! I'll be painting the car a different color so it's just exposed carbon for now.
Just got these new Ohlins R&T suspension in today. My kw v3 & vorslag camber plates are for sale if anyone's interested.
Installed Perrin 3" cold air intake last night.

Finally got to fit my Ings bumper that's been sitting for a while.

rear tires for new wheels that are coming

Just placed my order for a set of MORR VS52 1 piece wheels. I'm getting these in 19x10 front & 19x12 rear
Update.

Installing ohlins.

Before shot, with the kw v3's installed.

Front installed. We adjusted it lower after. This was about stock height.

Rear installed.

My buddy doing the alignment.

After alignment. This is the max low it goes.

The ride after was amazing! I have it 7 clicks from firmest and it does not make my head explode. It handles a lot better than the kw v3's. If you're looking for low ride height, I would not recommend these.

Over pipe from Top Speed Auto.

Cat-less front pipe from Top Speed Auto. Both fit 100% spot on. Quality is well worth the price of $179. I will be upgrading to 3" later but I wanted to see how the catless would work out. It smells from the outside but inside it's okay. It opened up the car a bit and I can definitely notice more power.

No cats!
