Absolutely, that is the concept. In a perfect world you could go anywhere with it, however since they can't lock there tune some shops won't agree to use it. the list was just shops that have already stepped up and said they are willing to use it.
I do have the openflash unit and I love it so far. I can't wait for the E85 tune to go public. I am especially hoping for some FI tunes soon. I am getting a used FBM turbo kit by the end of the month and will be hopefully boosting my BRZ by early next year.
