It's not my first hydraulic clutch, but it IS my first without a throttle cable. I wanted so badly to like it, but the fun just wasn't there. I'm already pining for another Fiat/Lancia/Alfa, so hopefully I will be thrashing another happy little Italian inline-four in the not-too-distant future. Between the two choices I was given in the FR-S, I just had to take the automatic. :-(
