When I think of agility and responsiveness, things like curb weight, COG (front/back, side/side, and height), yaw-moment, chassis, wheelbase, track, suspension, tires, brakes, steering, and throttle response come to mind.
Throttle response is not closely related to power (or power/weight), though they sometimes go hand in hand.
