They can not, by law, void your warranty for aftermarket parts without proof. They have to prove that the part caused the damage.
Now that doesn't mean you can get a turbo kit and get the boost all turnt up and expect them to warranty the drivetrain. But it also means that they can't void the warrant for the engine because you installed coilovers, or the transmission because you have a K&N intake.
