Great question, but as it is with all good questions, the "right" (for whomever is answering the question ) answer depends entirely on context. For example I am very fortunate and lucky enough to not have to choose 1 car to meet all of my needs. I have a car that is far more powerful and track worthy than the 86 and another car that is way more practical and utilitarian for the days when I need to cart more people or "things"

However as a daily driver to get me to and from work and to deal with the majority of the many little errands I may have to do, the GT 86 is almost perfect

Add to that the value for money equation and it is quite frankly unbeatable IMHO......an awesome car for the price
