Actually the FA20 is shared by 3 brand, TOYOTA, SUBARU and SCION. Toyota 'born' Lexus some twenty years ago. GM owned some 10-20 car badges in this world. VW share 90% of their tech with AUDI. Ford share many many engines, chassis and parts with Volvo and Mazda............................................. ..................
