don't have the new pump with pulsation damper assembly (sound insulator). Your VIN is D*608xxx (2013), not E*608xxx (2014).
Only the newest 2014's have this fix applied. If your car chirps and you want it fixed, contact your dealer or Scion/SOA and request a replacement.
